Friday, October 01, 2004

Thanks, Mehdi
Is this about the Blogger not having yet dates in Farsi?
You see how good my Farsi is?!

Oh, salaam Toumaj! And thanks for the comment. I know about Omid Kordestani and his role in Google but I was just thinking that it may be better to write directly to Blogger team. Again, perhaps it's better to write to Omid as their boss, I don't know.

Well, let's see :)

oh, indeed the blogosphere is much more revealing than the organized media! Long live the People!

Usually I go both ways, It's good to go both ways - to the very high And to the field people. They might meet midway...

I wrote to the Blogger Help, at the option named "I wish..."
But, please note, they have a bad habit: first they send an automatic answer referring you to their info. So what I do is write in capital letters "Urgent! Please respond in person!" to catch their attention and evade the robot. It mostly works.

So many thanks to T. Toumaj jan!

100% Agreed!! I've the same problem with my own blog. We gotta do something! In addition with some of other restrictions for Persian bloggers I prefer to be with you in this movement. And do not forget that Farsi is wrong and Persian is true. Please mention this in your letter to Google KALLE GONDE.

I can help you modify your posts to fit in Persian alignment Right-to-Left. For a brief example please visit my blog;)

What do you mean by "Farsi is wrong and Persian is True"? Should I change the the Title of the blog?

As you see, I have no Persian/Farsi language knowledge. One of you might fare better in approaching the Iranian person at Google, don't you think so. Come on young people, get going, No one is going to change things for you - not even, I hope, our mighty generals.

Yes' indeed, it is a stressful life order...

As I mentioned before in my previous comment, Persian is the true name in English for our language. For more information about this subject please review our article written in English at:

You may correct the title of your blog to prevent the others use this wrong name for the language of an old nation.

Hi Toumaj and many thanks for your advise. Please note that all listed languages are named here mostly in their respective native names. I was thinking that this way will bring especially the speakers of those languages. Do you consider this a wrong approach? Or should we go a step farther and list both the English and the native names?

In thanks,
